Privacy Policy & Data Use

What we collect

When you use Revolab Speech Playground, we collect the audio you submit for speech-to-text transcription and the text you submit for text-to-speech synthesis. We also retain the generated output ( transcriptions and synthesised audio) to operate and improve the service.

Why we collect it

The audio and text data is used solely to provide the transcription and synthesis service you requested. We may use anonymised, aggregated data to evaluate and improve model quality.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting privacy@revolab.ai.

Data retention

Audio recordings and generated text are retained for up to 90 days from the date of submission, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
